Annual Leadership Program

The ELIN Main Leadership Program - is specially designed and conducted for top managers and executives. Because of this, also the daily program will be different from any learning experience you have attended before.

In the ELIN program, the participants themselves are the most important lecturers. But we will also have great speakers from Lithuania and abroad.

In the ELIN program, the Syllabus is your own experiences and your own learning and development.

We know that leaders learn in a different way. And from our experience, we know that leaders prefer actual and concrete learning situations where they are active and challenged.

In the ELIN program you will meet exactly this. You will work closely together with other top leaders, sharing their experience, discussing ideas, learning in groups and have time for reflection. And it will be fun as well.

We know that having a close, reliable network is essential for the success of leaders. In the ELIN program this is taken serious and worked on. Not only during the program, but also afterwards. A true network is not “people you know”, it is people you really can trust. People that wants something good for you, because you became real friends. Such network wants more than seminars and lunches. They want to be together, travel together, continue the journey of the program. ELIN will make sure you experience this and even more.

The ELIN Main Leadership Program normally has 24 to 27 participants. These are top managers or candidates for such positions. During the program they are divided into three basic groups, each with an experienced consultant from the ELIN staff.
