Aistė Kratavičiūtė-Ališauskienė has working and studying experience UK (Oxford Psychology Press - professional internship in leading UK business psychology company), France (social psychology and clinical psychology studies) and Lithuania (Lecture at Vilnius Pedagogical University, Bachelor of Psychology and Master of Organizational Psychology at Vilnius University).
At the moment Aistė Kratavičiūtė-Ališauskienė is PhD student at Mykolas Riomeris University, working in the field of leadership competences models. Areas of academic and professional interest: evaluation models of leadership competences, psychological evaluation models.
She is an active member of the Lithuanian Psychologist Association and International Society for the Study of Behavioural Development.
